XilMind Refund Policy

XilMind Pro is a digital software subscription sold and billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Purchases and refunds are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, as well as any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Free trial
Eligible XilMind Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge.
Subscription charges
After the free trial, XilMind Pro renews monthly unless canceled. If you believe a charge was made in error, the product did not work as described, or you have another billing issue, contact us promptly so the request can be reviewed.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the transaction, Paddle's applicable refund rules, and any non-waivable consumer rights. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
