Use of the add-in

XilMind provides spreadsheet productivity tools for Microsoft Excel. Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before applying them to business records.

No accounting or legal advice

The add-in assists with data workflows and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or audit judgment.

Subscription and access

XilMind Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. Eligible subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial with limited usage. Paid access continues while the subscription remains active, subject to these terms and any applicable usage limits or fair-use controls.

Billing

Subscription checkout and billing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Unless canceled, a monthly subscription renews automatically after the trial and on each billing cycle. Pricing shown on the XilMind website is exclusive of any taxes or location-based adjustments that Paddle is required to calculate at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the XilMind Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer policies, and mandatory consumer rights. See Refund Policy.
